Fewer opportunities

People with fewer opportunities may face barriers such as disabilities, health issues, limited access to education, cultural or social challenges, economic hardship, discrimination, or living in remote and disadvantaged areas, all of which can make participation more difficult. To ensure that participants with fewer opportunities receive the support they are entitled to, we kindly ask you to notify us of their status before the training begins. Unfortunately, we are unable to account for fewer opportunities status if it is declared after the training has taken place.

Please also note that we require supporting documentation confirming this status. If obtaining such documentation is not currently possible, we encourage you to reach out to us directly after finishing the application — we are happy to find a solution together.

Travel (Information on the travelmanagement)

1. We kindly ask you to use green travel wherever possible. You may claim up to 5 travel days when travelling green and up to 2 travel days when travelling non-green. Please note that we cannot reimburse accommodation costs incurred during your travel.

2. Please plan your journey directly from your point of departure to the venue and back. We cannot reimburse travel routes that are not clearly intended for getting to and from the programme.

If your training includes two or more separate blocks, please enter the travel details for each block in a separate text field. If your training consists of one block only, please use the first field.

In this section, we kindly request your permission to use photographs taken during the programme for a variety of purposes. You may withdraw your consent at any time. I hereby grant to the following legal entities

• Campus 3L gGmbH i.G., Zweifalltorweg 12, 64293 Darmstadt,
• Evangelische Hochschule Hessen, Zweifalltorweg 12, 64295 Darmstadt,

a simple right of use, unlimited in territory, time, and content, including the right to edit the recordings made by employees of Campus 3L gGmbH.

The grant of the usage right is made irrevocably and free of charge, in principle for all media, for the following purposes:
